Not bad. It's clean, affordable, and only a block away from Michigan Ave. It is older, but kept in decent shape. Recommended for peeps like me, who want a clean place to stay downtown w/o going broke!

Lily LeeДекабрь 21, 2014Valet not friendly service at all. Stopped car in front with hazard lights on. He told us to move the car. Front desk girls were nice. Circled around and back;valet still didn't go out to car to park.
Best location for the price! Highly recommend!

Josh SmithНоябрь 22, 2013If you simply going for price this is probably a good idea. Rooms are small, staff not the most friendly, parking is pricey, bathroom smelled funky, the tv channels mostly worked.
If you're on a budget you should compare some other hotels nearby because some of them would have cheaper rates than this one, specially on holidays. Also, hotel is old and staff not as friendly.

Mold above bath tub, dirty room+ carpets, fridge not cold, no hot water; turned valve on and black stuff came out; didn't dare shower here.

The air conditioner didn't work in both rooms so it was really hot in there :( but the valet is the cheapest one I've seen

Cayenne LimФевраль 1, 2012Rooms are pretty cramped and small but fair enough for budgeted stays in Chicago I suppose.- The general manager David does not care about your feelings or your experience. He tried to silence our complaints and just walked away with a problem we had all day for 8 hours.

Cheap and its on the center of downtown what else?
- The ladies behind the counter are very nice but the manager is very unprofessional and walks away from you when you have a complaint/problem
- The GM David seems to think it's professional and "normal" to have huge cockroaches in his hotel. Seriously 460 dollars for 2 rooms/2 nights is not worth it at all.
Very small room.. But very cheap as well! Can't beat 50 bucks a night on michigan ave.
- Pay more for a more expensive hotel. You'll have a horrible vacation if you come here. A small town, hourly motel has better customer service

Nothing to brag about, but it is a room in downtown Chicago for a good rate.
