Not the best service. Was here for a convention and thy were not very helpful. The internet in the room is not free so don't let them fool you. Great pool if you are willing to sacrifice service.

Do not purchase the broadband from this hotel they charge you 15 dollars per day and you get speeds that our little more than mid ninety's dial up it's absolutely ridiculous how they can charge

A bit ridiculous they don't have a shuttle to/from airport or surrounding attractions. They don't tell you try charge you for Internet in the rooms either. Wifi in lobby is painfully slow.

House keeping came at 8:30 to clean our room... That's way too early for a Sunday let alone two 21 year olds. Unacceptable.

The front desk clerk was unapproachable, the shower was broken and the tub rusty. The bagels the Starbucks were stale. I would not recommend this place it should be in the 1 star category not 4.

Rooms have no microwaves, wifi is only in lobby and is slow, and only 1 washer and dryer for the entire hotel

There is only one washer and dryer in the hole hotel of over 800 rooms. Prob one of the worst Marriotts we have stayed at thus far.
