Jaclyn StephensФевраль 26, 2016Nice hotel. Very happy they have balconies. :) The showers are pretty cool, probably not what you'd expect it's all tile and a drain in the middle of the floor, no tub. No champagne upon check-in.

This is my new Boston Hotel Choice! Bell man, Concierge & Front Desk Attendees were speedy and thorough! The renovation has turned it into a swank hotspot in the heart of the city. Rooms are Sweeeeet!

Ph YАпрель 13, 2014Great rooms. Spacious&modern. Love the Skoah toiletries. Dont expect anything regarding the wifi. Our room at the 19th floor had very spotty connection. Very disappointing. John at conceirge is great!

If you're in a room with two shower heads, be sure to turn the one facing OUT of the tub towards the wall before turning anything on.
Must have ended the champagne at check-in. Seems like it would've been a good differentiator. Rooms clearly refurbished old chain configuration - small compared to others in Boston at same price point

PriscilaОктябрь 7, 2012Had a room on the 12th floor, but ended up moving to the 19th because the 12th floor had too many feather products. Good to ask for a hypoallergenic room if you're allergic or think you might be.
Aaron FМай 16, 2013Halls and elevator seem fine to me. My only gripe is that I asked for a King but they gave me two queens, but I guess that's fine considering I took the red eye and checked in at 9AM.

Really good hotel. Nice beds, good bathroom with Nice selection of body wash and shampoos and the staff is very good aswell.

The hotel would benefit from having dedicated staff elevators so guest doesn't share an elevator with a large trash can.
