Unnata is amazing. With my bulging disks and sciatica I've never found an activity that gave me strength training and relief on my joints. My physical therapist is happy, I'm happy. Incredible.
best studio ever with a wide array of instructors that are all soooo nice. I tried all the studios downtown before I decided on this one.
Christina C.Январь 7, 2013Aerial yoga was a fun & exciting class to try out here. This is good for all levels even beginners. The teacher was patient & friendly. The studio is clean & welcoming. Stephanie was really nice too.
I've been practicing here for around 2 years and I love the friendly staff and instructors. Great, clean studio!
