being able to touch starfish & sea cucumbers was a lot of fun! limited space but great array of animals & you can't beat $5.

Small scale and kind of amateur, but check out the sea horses and the eels and the touch pools. Crayon tables for art projects a nice touch

CA (See) Totally cute quaint little aquarium located right under the Santa Monica Pier. Did we mention that they have starfish petting? No, that's not an euphemism.

Kids will love sticking their hands in the touch tanks where they can see sea urchins, starfish and crabs up close. Bonus: shark tank

Great little place. $2 donation gets you in the door. Definitely check out the touch tanks and jellyfish exhibit.
