If you are looking for a knowledgeable trainer, ask for Aaron Krahling. I spoke with him for an initial fitness consult and he was able to show me proper form, & added a few new things to my routine.

Place needs some tlc - paint pealing and bubbling off the walls, grout coming out around the tiles, steam room is consistently not working ... Etc
Totally worth the cost. Fun classes, not crowded and a rock wall.
The Arc trainers (the bright yellow machines in the Cardio room) will Kick. Your. Butt.

Adrienne's yoga classes are the awesomeness. She's a great teacher.
Get to spin class early so you aren't riding right below the fan
