We called ahead to make sure they knew I had a service animal with me, but an employee accosted me at the door as I was struggling with my luggage, demanding "official documentation" which is illegal!

Average coffee. Pullout couch bed was dirty and covered with stains. Our son had to sleep on the couch. Very few tv options for kids. We won’t stay here again.
