Steve: Rock formations out at sea, Tanah Lot is quite a tourist attraction, about 40mins north of Seminyak. Best times to visit are around sunrise or sunset.
Steve: Beautiful hotel, with rice paddy fields on either side. A little bit hidden, but have courtesy buggies to the main road and shuttle bus to town. Clean rooms, nice pool and very thoughtful staff.
Steve: Ancient Balinese temple dating back to the 9th century. Don't bother buying a sarong from the markets, as they are free when you enter the grounds.
Steve: Past the strip (when coming from Ubud), great place for a drink/bite with views of the rice paddy terraces, without the hassle of street vendors. But If you photo the farmer, expect to be asked for $.
Steve: A nice beach with plenty of seafood restaurants to pick from for a sunset dinner. Most of them are a bit touristy and pricey, so check Foursquare reviews first.
Steve: Kintamani is a village on the western edge of the caldera and a great place to see Kintamani Volcano and Mount Batur (one of four volcanoes in Bali).
Steve: Wonderful views of Kintamani volcano and Mount Batur (one of four volcanoes in Bali), but about 2.5+ hr drive from Seminyak. Break up the trip with a stop at the Tegallalang Rice Terraces on the way.
Steve: One of the oldest warungs in Bali, with traditional Balinese dance at about 8pm. The menu includes Balinese dishes (we tried the nasi babi guling & nasi bebek betutu) which were good.

Steve: A great view of Uluwatu temple along the cliff face. Kecak dance from about 5/6pm. Also careful of the monkeys that like to steal hats and glasses.

Steve: Some of the best burgers in Melbourne. The Atomic (pictured) comes with a kransky inside. Can also vouch for the Francis Underwoood and Jiro burgers.

Steve: There are so many options for Thai in Sydney, but this one is my favourite, even above Chat Thai. The waitresses take your order on an iPad and the kitchen is big and open.
Steve: Book a VIP room and have no queue or waiting! Means you'll have a minimum spend and can pre-order some items first, but with a decent sized group, it should be fine :)
Steve: Grab a pizza or a small bite at the White Rabbit Barrell Hall. Or take the kids for a meal around the corner at the family-friendly Canteen (with the sandpit out front).
Steve: ANNUAL EVENT: Festival of Sails is the largest annual keel boat regatta in the Southern Hemisphere, with plenty of shore-side excitement at Geelong Waterfront over the Australia Day holiday period.
Steve: A short drive down the road from the Twelve Apostles heading towards Port Campbell. Worth a stop, and take the short set of steps down to the beach for some photos and fun in the sun and sand.
Steve: If you're heading out this way to check out the twelve apostles and other sights, it's nice to stop at Port Campbell for some food and to visit an actual beach.
Steve: Just 5-10 mins drive from Port Campbell, with some awesome photo opportunities in the evening. Used to be a double span arch resembling London Bridge, until the first arch collapsed in 1990.
Steve: A great place to kick off a trip around the Yarra Valley. Do the cheese tasting with a range of goats and cows cheese. Also grab a cheese board and a coffee and enjoy the view.
Steve: The home of Mimi the Muttaburrasaurus - a 3m tall by 6m wide dinosaur playground activity with a ropes course, rock-climbing holds and a dinosaur egg-shaped cubby with eggshell seats.

Steve: PHOTO TIP: If you want to get the photos with characters around the park, try to hit up as many as possible to make it more worthwhile when you buy them at the end of the day.
Ресторан с лапшой · Causeway Bay · Подсказок и отзывов: 46
Steve: Michelin star and recommendation, but to be honest, didn't find it to be anything special. Busy, and queues, and expensive compared to other HK food.

Steve: As featured by Anthony Bourdain, the hainanese chicken rice is great. Is there better? Probably. Is there cheaper? Yes. But is there anything bad about this one? No.

Steve: One of five official Merlions in Singapore. The national icon of Singapore, a lion head on a fish body, representing the origins of a fishing town, and its original name Singapura (lion city).
Steve: I must say, the Francis Underwood burger at the Dandenong Pavilion was pretty damn brilliant. Flavoursome beef patty. Brioche bun but not soggy at all. Knife and fork: optional.

Steve: Nice casual lounge to relax in, with daily high tea, cocktail hour and tapas, and all day refreshments for Club Millesime guests. A kids room on the side and friendly staff who are accommodating.

Steve: One for the kids: a pirate-themed open air cafe/restaurant, with replica ships, ropes and tree houses for the kids to climb. However, our little ones (2&5) were not so keen to eat up in the treehouse.

Steve: Enjoy the crystal blue water and combed sand (some of the neighbouring beaches are a bit gravelly). Great to relax, enjoy some beach volleyball, or some water sports.
Steve: A popular HK tourist attraction, Tian Tan Buddha is a large bronze statue of Buddha Shakyamuni. There's a short climb up, should be ok for most - my 3yo managed fine ;) The scenic views are worth it!
