Quality of your drink (usually coffee) sometimes depends on who is behind the counter. However, the iced drinks are mostly pre-made and a safe bet, especially in summer.

This would be the last time I give them a try to make a dry cappuccino. Sad how coffee shops don't get the most key ingredient - learn how to make the espressos. It was terrible and I rarely complain.
