On the 1st floor of Tucker is TCU's Energy Institute where research related to our nation's energy needs are held. Frogmobile, a natural gas car usually parked in the W. Bowie/Greene parking lot.
The admission center is LEED Gold for many reasons, one of which is the geothermal cooling and heating system.
Milton Daniel Hall was awarded Gold-level LEED certification and is nicknamed the Milton Hilton for its rich structure and decor.
Scharbauer Hall was awarded Gold-level LEED certification and is home to AddRan College of Liberal Arts.
Sherley Hall was the 1st building on campus to receive Gold LEED certification. Highlights include Energy Star appliances, dual flush toilets, and re-use of over 98% of the original building.
