I heard every little noise from the street. Very hard to sleep there. Wi-fi is paid. But the bed is really amazing! And free tea/coffee.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in flatiron. I've stayed here many times and love coming back. Good sized rooms for NYC, free wifi, close to the subway (6 train) and always a good price.

Overall nice hotel, comfy bedding. Definitely great location. No free WI-FI though ($10/day) and Urban Full room has practically no windows (brick wall view ;) ).

Great hotel -- awesome location, free wifi, and complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning. Although the rooms are quite small, they are very clean and quiet. Love this hotel!

When you check in, Be sure and ask if they have hot water and if not when they plan on having it. They won't tell you at check in. Its better than finding a note from the mgr once you get to the room.

Chambres spacieuses, confortables, services impeccable. Mais bruyant!!! On se croirait dans la rue avec les concerts de claxon. Prix ok 260$ la nuit avec petit dej pour 3 personnes.

No free Wi-Fi, old unremodelled rooms, no central heat or noise sealing windows. No breakfast. Good for low-budgets.

The Wifi is not free, there is No fridger in rooms, just close to known places, and super expensive
