Awful customer service! Called ahead for feather free room due to allergies, not only was it not done, the guy they sent to fix it brought more feathers pillows...wow

Make sure you ask for room facing north.
Alicia PayneАпрель 7, 2012I stayed on 7th floor and was not impressed. Loud traffic noise, room needs a thorough cleaning. Will not stay at this hotel again.
A fridge but no microwave anywhere?! :(
