Classes & Courses

Belay and Knotcraft

Our extensive top-rope certification program, you will spend 1 hour with your instructor learning all of the techniques and safety while using both an atc and grigri belay device. You will also learn essential knots and information regarding top-roping as well as receive personal climbing instruction.

Yoga

8.00 per session

Yoga is a perfect addition to training for increased rock climbing skill; it increases strength, endurance and flexibility, giving the climber a greater ability to control movement and maintain longer holds.

Personal Training

40.00 per session

Climb harder, faster, better! Personal training sessions will focus on your individual needs as a climber and help you hit the next level in your climbing.

Sport Climbing Certification

Learn clipping, lead belaying, mock leading, lead climbing, falling, and much more in this course. The class consist of three 2-hour courses with required practice and training in between each course.

Power Hour

8.00 per session

Members free not your typical globe-o-gym workout. Power hour will bring your fitness level to heights never before thought possible. Power hour combines body weight exercises, weight training and dynamic movements to bring you the best workout you can possible have.

Group Events

Parties at thresh hold are at the next level. Whether it’s a birthday, scout troop, church group or just a group of you and your friends or kids; you will have the time of your life at thresh hold. Parties include day passes, all gear rentals, professional climbing guides that are focused on your safety and fun and our comfortable lounge area reserved for 2 hours exclusively for your group to open presents or have food and drinks. All parties must be booked in advance.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time slot.
