The Lump Crab Melts were insane. Tons of crab. The Wild Pacific Salmon followed up with an herb salad and was equally delicious. Ended meal with churros. Sons of Liberty cocktail is the way to go!
Out of all the gyms in Astoria, this tops them all. Yes, even The Rock. 2 turfs, TRX bands everywhere, and more benches than anywhere else. Staff is courteous and professional. Locker rooms rock!
The lady behind the register is a sweetheart and will remember your name for eternity. Their tailor magnificently transformed my Marc Jacobs suit to a fit-able size in a timely fashion.
No matter which ramen you choose, be sure to add in a poached egg. When broken, the yolk creates this creamy rich texture that cannot be beat. Top it off with some corn and BYOB. Slurp away everyone!
It's a good thing they don't have pillows at the bar or else I'd live here. The bartenders and staff are extremely knowledgeable of their product and the tour was nothing short of awesome. DRINK UP!!!
Great place for groups. The mixed hummus and open faced ravioli were clear winners. My steak was cooked perfectly and the apple cobbler in a mason jar was a really nice finisher. Service was spot on!
Sometimes the only way to get your order correctly here is to wave your arms in the direction of the ingredients you need to make a specific coffee.

As much as I love Taverna on Ditmars, the best octopus and soft shell crab live here. Yes they have no menu, yes they only accept cash, but so what? The food makes up for it tenfold.
I sadly had my first disappointing dessert. The warm chocolate cake (aka molten chocolate) with ice cream arrived completely broken. Tasted good, but the eyes eat well before the taste buds do...

I remember having the tortellini with rabbit sauce. It was bomb. So many rabbit kidneys it's not even funny. So if you like that sort of stuff then get over there and get a plate!
