joann mccormackАвгуст 31, 2013I would not recommend staying here. Rooms are ok at best. Pool is also ok. Indoor pool is unacceptable. It's a physical therapy pool that they try to pass off as an indoor pool for guests. Stay away.

Give a 10 dollar tip at check in and get upgraded to a suite
Eric LinnФевраль 28, 2011Do NOT get a room on the 5100 floor in the Havana Tower!!! Entire cleaning crew meets on this floor. Basically sounds like they do their morning briefing in the hallway. Extremely loud!!!

Never say in the Havanas tower! Its horrible! They leave the trash bags on the floor in the hallway until seven at night and don't clean the rooms! They also take forever to get you something!
Dont come here, always some kinda problem with the hotel.

David BrownАвгуст 3, 2013Tried Fin. The maitre d' rudely stated, "Do you have reservations? You can't just go to a gourmet restaurant without reservations." The restaurant was all but empty!!! We left. Never again!
