Dan MilanoОктябрь 15, 2013I just needed a pair of socks. I brought them to the register and the staff refused to sell them to me. They said I would have to pay for three pairs and suggested I donate the other two to charity.
Although fashionistas would argue that there's nothing unique about it. Uniqlo is definitely the less of two evils in comparison to H&M. Good basics, reasonable prices w/o sacrificing too much quality

Decent priced clothes with pretty good quality!
You used to be able to get free pant alterations but they changed their policy and it costs $5 to alter pants if they are under $20. So that's why they made their pants $19.90. Dislike this a lot!

D'ana DowningМарт 12, 2011Get your cardio beforehand - a bunch of stairs to master. Or, wait for the long line at the elevator ;-)- Nice store but draconian change room policies and people who work here aren't friendly. Go to the other Uniqlos instead.

Not too happy about them cutting the quantity of v necks in a pack to two but other than that I love this store.

Highly recommend the coats for men and women, and the French linen dresses in womens. flannel is pretty nice in the winter, and heat tech items too
Line management here during lunch and afterwork hours is awful. They really need more staff members to step up when the line is out of control at peak times:
Shorter lines at the 1st floor dressing room.
