Need to include better liquor their top shelf Liquors are " well" booze anywhere else. No real food..try international airlines lounges to see how it's done..sandwich Sushi..etc
#unitedclubdowngrade UA just recently downgraded complimentary drinks to Bud Lights even if you are paying $400+/yr for membership or on a First Class ticket. :( Flyertalk Disc:

Breakfast is manageable here... You can find what to eat, much better than the flight food
MuratМарт 26, 2015Quite crowded, almost impossible to find a seat. The food variety is very limited, practically none. You need to pay for alcoholic beverages. Otherwise, it is just ok. Doesn't feel like a lounge.

Bar isn't open till Noon on Sunday. You'll have to wait till you get to your 1st Class seat for a belt

Tara SettembreДекабрь 25, 2011See the shower valet for a private stall to freshen up between flights. If u give your credit card as a deposit there are free lockers to stow your stuff. I needed a large one to hold my carry on.
There are outlets, desks and free booze. What more do you want out of a lounge?
Formerly free spirits are now premium. Go to the bar next door, better pour for less money. Another new United low.

I'm surprised at the rating, frankly. United has made great strides over the last year in particular, and the reviews are quite outdated. Every experience I've had here has been outstanding.

Keep your feet off the otherwise perfectly foot-height coffee tables! Want an ottoman? Use your carry-on. They *will* speak sternly to you about it. Especially when it's less crowded.
