The burgers are excellent, the shakes are out of this world. The Cake Shake is my favorite..but bring a hungry friend to help you eat it! Try the falafel burger..also a good pick.
Ordered just a regular burger as soon as I saw it was Pat La Frieda meat. Delicious. Juicy. The perfect burger. Great fries too. Loses a point for small tap choice, but great overall.
Burgers & shakes look & taste fantastic! We were served by nice guy Anthony and he did everything to keep us happy - the wait was too long(they need to get organized tbh),line on the street is a trick
All-American Burger: There’s nothing better than a classic burger with melty American cheese and special sauce. Oh, except a burger with a giant churro milkshake. \nПодробнее
Came here on a Friday night- the wait was less than 15 minutes for a table for 2. The milkshakes were really delicious. You're crazy if you come here and not order a milkshake. Their food was good too
The line was 30 minutes on a Tuesday @ 6:30p, and while it's gained popularity from the delicious (and well worth it!) shakes, the burgers are AMAZING.
Awesome burgers, shakes AND service! I highly recommend you request Alex as your server. He was all ACES! Sharp, friendly, accommodating, attentive, perceptive. In general, ON POINT! Thx, Alex!
If you get there early enough (before 6 on weekdays) they'll let you in even if your whole party isn't there yet. All of their milkshakes are worth it!
We only waited an hour to be seated for our party of two. The Texan Burger was delicious, and the milkshake was good, but not enough milkshake for the amount of goodies that come with it.
The 7.3 ranking is a harsh: it's not as intimate as soho location, but the burger quality is still strong...they're just making it easier for ur tween cousin to Insta her shake. Fries/rings need work
The Greg Norman burger is spectacular. The onion rings are a mess (too much batter and sliced too thick); skip those and get the Idaho fries with truffle aioli.
Cookie milkshake was amazing! If your sharing with someone I'd order a second plain milkshake because there were so many toppings but not enough shake. The fries were great the burger okay.
Yes the milkshakes are phenominal (in a sugar coma kinda way). But the onion rings and dipping sauces are surprisingly good! Pretty standard burger! We waited two hours and the soho wait time is worse
This delivered off Uber eats - didn’t love it. The burger was way too thick. The horseradish sauce and fries were good, and the chocolate shake was delicious
The burgers and milk shakes are good, don't get me wrong; the wait isn't worth it. Mgmt could serve quicker but they choose to baby sit your order to keep the line outside strong.
Walked by at 1pm on a Sunday... no line. Had to try the (in)famous milkshakes. Shake didn't disappoint, food was just alright. We covered our bases with regular and vegan burgers but left unimpressed.
It's a cool idea, but you mostly eat the candy separately from the milkshake and the shake itself is just a 6/10. For $15, it's a let down. I'd rather have a McFlurry.
Milkshakes were great...if you're going with a large group of people defintley get there for when it opens, waited almost 3 hours for a party of 6. Milkshakes are $15.
Milkshakes were delicious (4 of us split two kinds) and lived up to the hype... food was overrated though - fries were crispy and on point, but burger was boring
Good place but wouldnt go back. Burger & Fries were very good but nothing special. Cookie shake was also nothing spectacular & overpriced. Too much whipped cream, cookies taste like chips ahoy
I feel bad for tourists waiting so long for a burger on their vacation instead of sightseeing. Mgmt could definitely be making it go faster. But my milkshake was very good.
Burgers and shakes were good. However, expect to stand in a long slow line to get in. After being seated, the food takes forever to arrive. If I want to eat here again, I'll try the Broom St branch.
