Pacific Cocktail Haven (PCH) is the brainchild of Kevin Diedrich (BDK, Burritt Room), offering an array of classics and favorites from some of his older bar menus. \nПодробнее
The Christmas pop-up is quite the popular attraction. I’m not sure stuffing myself in a small crowdedbar full of young boozey adults high off the Christmas kitsch is my scene...
This place has some of the best cocktails in the city, but the space is awful and usually pretty crowded. They’re so good that it’s still worth the hassle, but only if you’re in the right headspace.
Forget the old cocktails at Cantina. This place is in transition. Come here for Kevin Diedrich's hits from BDK, Burritt room, and Jasper's tap room before they switch over to their new concept.
Cocktails here are creative, well conceived, and well crafted. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Bartenders are friendly and efficient, too!
Home to one of my favorite cocktails called The Carmen Amaya - Rye whiskey, cointreau, lemon, dry sherry, orange bitters, basil. Great weekdays at happy hour before it gets busy. \nПодробнее
If coming from out of town, stay next door at the quaint Hotel Rex. After a night of "What's next?", you'll be glad you did. So many great drinks that you'll want to sample the ENTIRE menu!
We love the handcrafted culinary cocktails and the awesome vibe at this true cantina. Try The Misdemeanor, the Laughing Buddha or a pitcher of PiscoPunch.
The Misdemeanor if you like tequila & the heat...of chiles. Perfection. (orange drink is PiscoPunch...for those who want an entry level cocktail intro)
Try the PiscoPunch here: made with Campo, crushed pineapple, citrus, Angostura bitters, and ginger brew. Served over lots of ice in a Collins glass, this tangy treat is a spirited twist on classic Pi
The bartenders here know the value of detail. They’re throwing blackberries into caipirinhas. They’re juicingoranges behind the bar. Grab a caipirinha, here they do it right.
Slurp and prime your amore with sexy cocktails by hot barmen--Delicious Duggan, Sassy Shaher or Randy Andy--when it gets muy caliente, you're 5 steps away from the posh Hotel Rex.
these guys are GENIUS when it come to the art of mixology! The one-of-a-kind Laughing Buddah is like nothing you've ever had in your life. Heat, ginger, sparkle, citrus awesome
These guys need to learn how to mix cocktails. The alcohol to mixer ratio is bad, and you end up with a drink that's more like a shot than a cocktail. Too bad, because the place and menu are nice.
Congratulations, you've found one of Esquire's Best Bars in America. They make excellent cocktails, and the duende cocktail is especially good. Try it.
