- Best App- Tuna Tartar. Best Dish- Ciopinno/Ginger Halibut. Best Desert- Enterprise Strawberries. Goes perfectly with Sierra Nevada, Oyster Bay Sauv Blanc, or Justin Cab. I love long time.
