Really great quaint place that serves Japanese breakfast around lunch and ramen in the evening. Seats 12. The wait is unreal but it's worth it. Go there at 10 am or after 10 pm to avoid a 2-hr wait.
Got a capucino while waiting for a seat at Okonomi. Would be nice to read here though.
(Good luck) go(ing) when it's not crowded, as the contrast with the aves below will be even more stark. Different views, installations, and no traffic lights make it the best way to walk the west side
Surprisingly good for a fast food ramen shop. The prices for the add-ons are a bit ridiculous, but the egg and sweet corn make the dish taste so much better. Get the aka-obi ramen.
