Very nice braised duck found here.Big and small intestines, ter tau bak (pork head meat) are also well done. Uncle will de-bone for you too. So what not to like? Only complaint is - why no parsley?!
Located on the outskirts of Tiong Bahru estate, The Dispensary is relatively new, opened for only a month. The place is huge and really chic. Menu is kinda limited but definitely worth visiting!
The menu is rather limited but the service and atmosphere is superb. The waiter noticed that my friend did not finish his drink and offered to concoct a sweeter version. Attentive and hospitable.

This place is called 大和园. The name says it all, a variety of good food here. I usually come back for the carrot cake - $2.50 for a generous and tasty serving.
Nara Thai cuisine serves pretty authentic Thai food although prices considerably steep. The pad Thai taste superb.
Crabo-Cado is a must dish. Delish dish made by organic avocado, fresh crabs, topped with carviar. I'm drooling while writing this tip, do not miss it! ;p
BBQ Bloody Mary is made from charcoal-roasted tomatoes. Outstanding flavour, spiced up with peppers. Great cocktail for brunch.
You can't go wrong here, but we especially loved the duck, the fried flowers with egg, the massaman curry & the southern Thai samosas. Make this a priority if you're in Bangkok!
Of course is the self made popiah! Braised Pig Trotter is to die for also!
The honey roast pork is beautifully prepared and sublimely delicious. Other pluses were: beef hor fun and garlic sautéed bak choi.
