I have yet to be disappointed after having brunch here many, many times. Eggs Espana or huevos rancheros are particularly good.
Great food -- go for any of the spicy noodles or the cumin lamb "burger". Or get both, and still pay under $10. Not much seating though -- you'll have to take it to go during peak meal times.
Everything Is the Best, but particularly the Pinocchio (proscuittuo, sopressata, mozzarella, sweet red pepers, and olive paste) and the Pavarotti (alami, smoked mozz, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke).
