    Luep de Mer & Pig Face is where it's at. Start with the feta bread & then order 5 more dishes. You'll be pleasantly stuffed and in heaven.

    Fine dining for a reasonable price? This is the place. The food was great, definitely try the duck tongues and goat liver mousse.

    Good Jesus, order the goat leg. It's enough food for 8 people (with a few veg added in) but an amazingly prep'ed piece of meat. Smoked, braised, then crisped in the pizza oven. 👍👍

    This place was totally worth the wait! We ordered the string beans, pork shank, the crudo, Thai chili bread, and oysters. Everything was so delicious, and the service is awesome.

    Worth the 2 month wait and lived up to every bit of the hype!!! This was a culinary experience I will never forget! Duck tongue, roasted pig face, and goat liver mousse were outstanding.

    I love this place, and its definitely somewhere you need to go eat at when in Chicago. I recommend you to speak to your waiter and they can suggest the perfect dishes for you.

    Everything is amazing!!!! I recommend Shrimp zucchini pasta for appetizer, Goat belly for main course and pumpkin pie gelato for desert.

    I was worried that this Chicago mainstay would be tired after so many years, but it's still so, so good. It was easy for me to get a seat at the bar as a party of 1.

    You can not go wrong with any item in the menu, except the tiramisu.. Definitely try duck tongue, scallops, and chickpea dish.. sooo good!

    Hard to find a open table, interesting food options. Try the breads, goat options and beans. Dont forget the desserts. Slightly overhyped overall

    I made a reservation may 1st for their first available date, today, July 22nd. 100% worth the wait. Green beans, halibut and pig face were unbelievable.

    A lot of meat! Goat empanadas were alright, pork shank was amazing, pork face was mm alright wouldn't try again. The best of all was octopus salad. Really good.

    The beet salad was fabulous! We also enjoyed the pork shank and the green beans. The plantain cake was kind of weird, I'd pass on that dessert next time.

    The Wood Oven Roasted Pig Face.... Pretty awesome~ most other dishes we tried, a bit too salty for our taste buds... (Pig face = Sunny side egg, tamarind, cilantro, red wine-maple, potato stix)

    Amazing!!!! Grilled baby octopus, duck tongue, roasted pig face, green curry stripped bass, and roasted cauliflower with pine nuts.. ALL SO GOOD!

    Squash blossom excellent. kohlrabi salad a bit overdressed but also excellent. Goat belly with crab yummy. A must place to eat in Chicago

    Wow wow wow! I'm blown away by the deliciousness. The sugo is phenomenal and eat your veggies too! Seems you can't make a wrong choice.

    Roasted cauliflowers are amazing! Note that fish, seafood, and meat items are smaller and more tasteful, while the veggies are larger and more filling.

    Steph Izard is incredible, my friend and I have eaten her winning dishes at "Quickfires". We were blown away we tried shishito peppers, steamed mussels, beef ribs, pear wonton- and more. Amazing!!!

    It's also a tad hard to get into unless you book reservations far in advance, but the lounge area as you enter to the left is full-service if you can snag a spot there.

    Stephanie Izard's (only woman to have won Top Chef) Girl & the Goat is a dining experience not to be missed when visiting Chicago. Menu changes often but you can't go wrong w/ whatever you choose!

    Get half order veggie dishes to a)not overeat and b)not break the bank. Half orders are still more than enough and you can try more!

    Interesting goat dishes, like goat carpaccio. The pork shank was incredibly crispy yet tender, and goat cheesecake with pretzel crust were worth ordering again!

    Best meal of my life thus far- hamachi crudo, roasted cauliflower, crispy pork shank. Gluten free bread was amazing. Service excellent.

    Sit down, give yourself a good two hours because you're in for a ride. Get some breads and oysters to start. Then the green beans. My god the green beans are like crack! Then plow trough the menu

    Girl & the Goat is one of my top restaurants in Chicago! Prezel bread, cod cheeks, sugo, pork ribs and of course dessert = amazing! Wine selection is reasonable and not too pricey.
